The RexONE Descent Control System (DCS) is a multi-function patient evacuation device designed for all
levels of emergency responders. It provides the all versatility of the RexONE system with the added function of its new braking system. The DCS Hand Brake allows users control of speed while maneuvering down steep descents and stairwell evacuations.
The REX brake system consists of the following components:
- Forged alloy dual cable brake lever
- Single brake lever with dual wheel brake rods
- Heavy duty steel cabling and housing
- Locking Button system to maintain brake rods in locked position
