On-Site equipment service is available for an additional fee. Ask your Bound Tree Account Manager for details or fill out the form below. Premium Service Plans offered in one year or multi-year durations. All non-warranty return labels can be requested through equipmentservice@boundtree.com. Please copy your Bound Tree Account Manager.
*Additional fees may be required for extensive repairs or to bring your device up to manufacturer-recommended compliance. All units subject to evaluation before initiation of service contract.
