The C-Mount iv fluid warmer™, by Smithworks is a smaller, stationary unit designed to be rigid, mounted within an emergency vehicle or in a drawer in a clinic or hospital setting to warm two (2) liters of iv fluid. 

The C-Mount iv fluid warmer™, by Smithworks is 40 watt, 12 volt dc and draws 3.3 amps intermittently. Cool fluid is warmed by conduction. The thermal rate of rise is ½° Fahrenheit per minute. Once the fluids are heated to 99°F - 101°F (37°-39°Celsius), the unit maintains that temperature until the iv solution is removed from the heating surface, or when power to the device is inadequate, absent, or when the unit is turned off.
