Posey^® Twice-As-Tough^® Cuffs (Locking) are designed to limit the movement of wrists/ankles in patients assessed to be at risk of disrupting life-saving treatment, pulling lines/tubes, exacerbating skin conditions, compromising wound site integrity, or self-injury. They are considered Hard Restraints and are primarily used in behavioral health (VSD) treatments.

These heavy-duty restraint cuffs are gentle on skin and can be used for the patient’s wrists/ankles. Neoprene fabric, nylon straps, and reinforced stitching provide extra strength and durability.

The Twice-As-Tough Cuffs use a key lock for patient cuff closure as well as a key lock on the strap that anchors the restraint system to a bed/stretcher:
