Bound Tree Medical participated in Advocacy on the Hill with the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) in Washington

Bound Tree Medical participated in Advocacy on the Hill with the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) in Washington last week, represented by Tim Rubert, VP Government Affairs. We continue proactively reaching out to policymakers and committee leaders with bipartisan education to advance healthcare for resiliency and sustainability of the country’s healthcare supply chain, including EMS First Responders. Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) brings distributors and manufacturers together to continue and advance private-public partnerships with a critical focus on the Pandemic And All-Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA) and the need for a “fast pass” process to expedite medical supplies thru the country’s ports, rail and freight systems. We appreciate HIDA’s efforts to bring together federal and state agency partners and the private sector for the Preparedness Summit, which included members of HHS ASPR, the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), FDA and state partners.
