The 3-in-1 High-Vis Parka starts with a high performance reversible waterproof and breathable reflective outer liner.  The outer liner is packed with storage including document chest pockets.  Also included are mic clips, and a detachable hood.  The outer liner is ANSI III rated and uses 3M Scotchlite tape.  The inner fleece liner can be worn separately and includes document chest pockets and is wind resistant.  Both the fleece liner and the outer jacket have side zippers for ventilation and easy access to your duty gear.  The 3-in-1 Parka features Back-up-Belt System for safely and securely stowing critical gear.
