The Patient Shield is specially designed to minimize the transfer of pathogens between patients and patient handlers, equipment and the environment. Requires the delivery of supplemental oxygen, preferably via non-rebreather, to prevent carbon dioxide build-up.
Features:
- Does NOT interfere with IV poles or oxygen delivery
- Designed for use with the FERNO 35X PROFlexx Ambulance Cot, 35A Ambulance Cot, 93H PROFlexx Ambulance Cot, 93-ES SQUADMATE, and POWERFlexx
- Hook-and-loop fasteners secure the shield to the backrest frame to pull the shield around the sides of the cot
